It is recommended to remove your jewellery during activities that may cause scratches or damage the gemstones. Additionally, exposure to strong heat and certain chemicals should be avoided.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and accidents may occur, which is why we offer a range of services.
Each service request is handled with the utmost care and consideration for the unique circumstances. In many instances, we are able to service your piece at no cost to you, which may include replacing a damaged gemstone, cleaning and polishing to restore its original lustre. The only expense you will incur is the cost of shipping.

Gold
It is considered a precious metal and can easily be scratched. Try to avoid your jewellery from rubbing against hard surfaces and other pieces of jewellery. Polishing and rhodium plating may restore your gold to like-new condition. Please contact us if you would like your jewellery cleaned and polished. To clean your gold jewellery, use warm water with a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.
Platinum
To prevent scratches on your platinum jewellery, keep from rubbing against hard surfaces and other pieces of jewellery. To clean your platinum jewellery, use warm water with a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.
Pearls
We use natural pearls in our jewellery which makes them sensitive to chemical substances. In order to keep your pearls looking their best, try to avoid putting them in contact with cosmetics, such as creams and perfumes. To clean your pearl jewellery use a damp soft cloth.
Diamonds
While diamonds are the strongest material, it can still be damaged in certain situations, such as strong impacts. To clean your diamond, use warm water and a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.
Emeralds
Emeralds are particularly sensitive to temperature changes. Try to avoid exposing your emerald jewellery to thermal shocks and extreme heat sources. To clean your emerald, we recommend cleaning it with room temperature water with a soft brush before drying it with a soft cloth.
Opals
Opals are particularly sensitive to thermal shock, dry heat, and contact with chemical products. These may risk dehydrating the opal causing it to lose its iridescence. Over time, an opal may vary in weight to due water loss, this is a naturally occurring phenomenon. Use a soft cloth to clean your opal.
Rubies, Sapphires, and all other Gemstones
