Repairs & Resizing
Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, your SUZANNE KALAN piece may require a repair from time to time and we are here to help.
If you have purchased the piece through one of our retailers please contact them first and they will assist you in coordinating the repair/resize.
If you have purchased the piece through our online store (www.suzannekalan.com) please email email@example.com with your order number and a description of what we can assist you with.
A sales associate will get back to you in the next 24 to 48 hours.
*Please note that shipping charges will be applied both ways for Domestic and International repairs and resizing.
Allow 1 to 2 weeks for the service.
Only SUZANNE KALAN is authorized to size, repair, or work on our pieces. If any of our designs are worked on by another jeweler, any type of warranty is voided.
