Returns & Exchanges
You have up to 5 business days after receiving your order to submit your return or exchange request.
Please note, for any returns or exchanges there will be a return shipping fee applied.
The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached (tag must not be altered in anyway).
Please note that every eternity band is made to order and CANNOT be resized. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will help you finalize the exact size that needs to be made. Any eternity band under the size of 5 and over the size of 8 will be 'FINAL SALE.' Please contact email@example.com if you have questions about sizing.
Half pairs of earrings are 'FINAL SALE.'
All custom pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged, that includes pieces with engravings and custom sizes.
You will be refunded your full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back to our office and passes our inspection.
