Holiday Return Policy
We've extended our Returns Policy for the 2020 Holiday Season. Orders placed from 01 November 2020 to 24 December 2020 can be returned up until January 8th, 2021, for a full refund back to your original payment method. As long as the original price tag is still on the item.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original tag attached and unaltered, within 14 business days from delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping for domestic orders. International orders will have to contact customer service to determine the return shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
ITEM CANNNOT BE RETURNED IF THE TAG IS REMOVED
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All ETERNITY BANDS cannot be resized, but can be exchanged.
Unfortunately, all custom engraved items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please request a return authorization number at email@example.com. We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
