PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders ship via FedEx require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be charged FedEx Priority International rates.
The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original tag attached and unaltered, within 5 business days from delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping for domestic orders. International orders will have to contact customer service to determine the return shipping fees. 

ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THE TAG IS REMOVED.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returns: Please request a return authorization number at customerservice@suzannekalan.com. We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted!
Exchanges: Please contact us at customerservice@suzannekalan.com or call us at 818-885-8420 so we can assist you in finding something else.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the FedEx tracking number once the order ships. You can also track your orders by logging onto your Suzanne Kalan account.

GIFT INFORMATION
All orders are shipped in a Suzanne Kalan signature jewelry pouch and box.
Upon request we are happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in the gift card notes section during checkout process.
Please specify if you would like us to include a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.

REPAIRS & SIZING
Please email customerservice@suzannekalan.com for more information. When emailing customerservice@suzannekalan.com make sure to reference your Order Number and Repair Issue or Sizing Information. Please request a Return Authorization # at customerservice@suzannekalan.com We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. If we did not answer all of your questions, please email us at customerservice@suzannekalan.com
