All jewelry purchased through our online store is eligible for a 5-day return or exchange policy, commencing from the date of delivery.

Domestic Shipping
To provide the finest experience for our domestic customers in the United States, all domestic shipping fees are complimentary and shipped via FedEx Insured Priority delivery. An adult signature is required upon delivery, and our insurance coverage on the piece terminates once the package has been signed for. Unfortunately, SUZANNE KALAN cannot be held liable for lost shipments once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered.
International Shipping
All of our international shipments are sent with the assurance of FedEx Insured International Priority. To make the delivery process as convenient as possible, we utilize a third-party system to calculate the taxes and duties for your country during the checkout process. Unfortunately, in the event of a return, we are unable to refund the taxes and duties that were paid at checkout.
