All of our pieces are hand made in our California studio. This gives us the ability to make things happen quickly. We do our best to stock our most popular designs. In the case that a piece you love says “Made to Order”, or if you have an event approaching quickly, please give us a call or send us a message.

For pieces that are Made to Order:

• Simple Designs: 3-6 business days. 
• Complex Designs: 6-15 business days.

We offer complimentary FedEx Insured Priority shipping in the U.S. International orders ship via FedEx Insured International Priority with duties and taxes calculated at checkout. An adult signature is required on all orders.

We only use natural diamonds, never lab-grown. G color, VS clarity or higher across our 14k and 18k collections.

Natural high-quality emeralds, sapphires, rubies, pearls and opals in our 18k collections. Genuine, high-quality semi-precious stones in our 14k collections.

Ethical Sourcing

We adhere to the highest ethical standards in the industry, including strict compliance with the Kimberley Process. Our diamonds are sourced from legitimate suppliers with no connection to conflict funding, in full alignment with United Nations Resolutions.

All repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Minor services, such as replacing a lost stone, cleaning, and/or polishing, are typically complimentary, with customers responsible for shipping costs. For more extensive repairs, we will provide a cost estimate for your approval before proceeding.

Every Suzanne Kalan order includes an Authenticity Card verifying the authenticity of your jewelry.

Additional certificates of authenticity are available upon request. GIA certification is provided only for select larger diamonds and emeralds featured in certain one-of-a-kind pieces.
