We take pride in crafting each and every piece of jewellery by hand in the United States. Our goal is to ship your order to you as soon as possible. We do have a ready to ship collection for your convenience.
If you have a specific event or deadline in mind, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure your jewellery arrives on time.
Porcelain Jewellery Trays
Our jewellery trays are in stock and ready to ship.
We accept a variety of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, as well as wire transfers and ACH payments.
Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has a tracking number.
We believe in delivering the complete package of luxury and excellence to you. This is why all of our orders are elegantly packaged in our signature jewellery boxes. We also include a matching pouch to hold your jewellery for safekeeping.
The packaging also includes a beautiful box which adds an extra layer of sophistication to your gift-giving experience.
Whether you are treating yourself or gifting a loved one, we want you to feel special and pampered with each and every SK purchase.
Upon request, we would be delighted to include a beautifully handwritten card with a message of your choice.
- To add a personalised message, simply enter it in the 'Notes' sections during your checkout process.
- If you would like us to include a gift receipt, please let us know in the notes section as well.
- After submitting your order, one of our SK representatives will email you to make sure everything is correct.

Unfortunately, the system does not provide us with personal information or specific reasons for a payment decline.
Some common reasons for a decline can include:

- The shipping and billing address locations are in two different countries and/or provinces.
If this is the case, we also accept wire transfers.
Certificates of Authenticity
We place a high value on transparency and honesty across all facets of our business. As part of this commitment, each purchase comes with the option for a certificate of authenticity. This certificate details the quality of diamonds used in your unique piece. To request yours, simply reach out to us.
Gia Certificates
We recognise that some customers may be interested in GIA-certified diamonds or gemstones. It's worth noting that GIA certification comes with an additional fee starting at $300 which is why we do not certify every gemstone.
However, we do certify larger diamonds and emeralds featured in our exclusive one-of-a-kind collections. Rest assured, we stand by the quality and authenticity of all the gemstones we use. Should you have any questions or require further information, our dedicated team is always available to assist you.
Beware of counterfeit sites that may use our images to offer products at seemingly discounted prices. We urge our valued customers to always verify the authenticity of a website by comparing it with the list of our official stockists available on our website.
If you encounter a site that you suspect is using our imagery without authorisation or selling counterfeit versions of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your vigilance helps us maintain the integrity of our brand and protects you from potential fraud.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, natural variations may occur from one piece to another. In addition, weighing and measuring equipment may produce slight variations, as no two scales or measuring devices are guaranteed to provide identical results. Accordingly, actual weights, stone counts, measurements, and other specifications may vary slightly from those stated or displayed.
Jewellery Questions
Yes, all of our pieces can be custom ordered in a different gold colour (yellow, rose, or white gold) than what is listed on the product's page.
However, please note that custom orders for non-listed gold colours are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, all of our post back earrings come with either 14K or 18K gold earring backs.
You may also request guardian earring backs at an additional charge.
All our hoop earrings are crafted with an intentionally designed angled post back to ensure it sits comfortably and elegantly on your ear.
The front of the hoop is angled slightly away from your face for a more flattering look, while the back is closer to your neck for a comfortable fit.
As everyone's anatomy is unique, we encourage you to try both orientations to determine which one looks and feels best for you.
Yes, all earrings listed on our website are sold as a set of two.
When the website inventory indicates "Only 1 unit left," it means there is just one pair of earrings remaining.
If you are interested in purchasing a single earring, please contact us.
Also note, any earrings sold as a half pair will be considered as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Despite being made from fine materials, the delicate craftsmanship of your jewellery requires mindful handling.
To prevent scratches or damage to the gemstones, it's advisable to remove your jewellery during activities that could pose a risk. Also, avoid exposing it to intense heat and harsh chemicals.

Maintenance Requests
We recognize that unexpected events can happen, which is why we provide a comprehensive suite of services to support you. Please view our repairs section to discover our services.
Each service request is handled with the utmost care and consideration for the unique circumstances.
In many cases, we are able to service your piece at no cost to you, which may include replacing a damaged gemstone, cleaning and polishing to restore its original lustre.
The only cost you will be responsible for is the shipping fee to send the item to us and for its return back to you.

To clean your diamond or gemstone jewellery, use lukewarm water.
- Let it soak in the water for a few minutes.
- Use a soft brush and clean in and around the settings.
- Then pat it dry with a soft cloth.
Gold and platinum are considered precious metals and can easily be scratched. Try to avoid your jewellery from rubbing against hard surfaces and other pieces of jewellery.

Pearls
We use natural pearls in our jewellery which makes them sensitive to chemical substances. In order to keep your pearls looking their best, try to avoid putting them in contact with cosmetics, such as creams and perfumes.
To clean your pearl jewellery use a damp soft cloth.
Opals
Opals are particularly sensitive to thermal shock, dry heat, and contact with chemical products. These may risk dehydrating the opal causing it to lose its iridescence. Over time, an opal may vary in weight to due water loss, this is a naturally occurring phenomenon.
To clean your opal jewellery use a soft cloth to wipe it down.
Sizing Guide
Step 1: First, gather either a tape measure, a piece of string, or a strip of paper—anything that can easily wrap around your wrist.
Step 2: Next,gently wrap your chosen material around the wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet. If you're planning to stack multiple bracelets, take measurements at the specific spots where each bracelet will sit. Mark the point where the two ends meet.
Step 3: Finally, place the string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure its length up to the marked point.

Our standard ring sizes available on our website range from size 6 to size 7.5 US.

Our beautiful bangles are crafted using an 18-karat spring gold wire, with each individual piece expertly strung onto the wire to create a strong yet flexible design. This flexibility allows for effortless wear, making it easy for you to slip the bangle on and off.

Our chain bracelets come in a standard length of 7 inches or 17.8cm. They also come with an adjustable loop at 6.5 inches or 16.5cm for more flexibility.

- Our pendants and chain necklaces come in a standard chain length of 18" inches or 45.7cm, which also features an adjustable loop at 16" inches or 40.6cm.
- This allows you to shorten the necklace if you prefer it that way or if you want to layer multiple necklaces for a more dimensional look.

All of our sapphires are AAA quality and 100% natural. They are sourced from regions in South Africa and Asia and are never treated or heated in any way.
They are also cut in Thailand with extra care and attention to detail allowing their inherent qualities to shine through, resulting in a truly unique and stunning piece of jewellery. Our sapphires are testament to our commitment, capturing the essence of nature in each and every stone.
We are also proud to offer AAA quality rubies in our collections. Most of our rubies are sourced from Mozambique, and on occasion, from other regions of Africa like Madagascar.
These exceptional stones are expertly cut in Thailand and are treated with Borax to enhance their natural beauty. Unlike some treatments, we only use techniques that are safe and sustainable, never resorting to methods that utilise lead.
