Returns
We offer a 5-day return or exchange, with all of our jewelry purchased through our online store, which begins on the date of delivery. Upon receipt and approval of the item, returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
For our U.S. customers, returns or exchanges are complimentary.
Our 'One of a Kind' items are Final Sale.
For a return or exchange to be approved:
- The tag must remain attached and intact, without any modification or tampering.
- The piece should be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of wear.
- It must also be returned in its original packaging.
For international returns or exchanges, a shipping and handling fee of $190 will apply.
- Shipping costs as well as taxes and duties from the initial purchase can not be refunded.

Suzanne Kalan reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of Suzanne Kalan.

- It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Final sale items include:
- Pieces that have been altered in any way, including custom pieces.
- Eternity bands with a size below 6 or above 7.5 US.
- Half pairs of earrings.
- Our 'One of a Kind' items.
Final sale items will be clearly marked in the product description.
