Diamond Quality
We exclusively use natural diamonds of G color and VS quality or higher in terms of both color and clarity for our 14k and 18k collections.
Gemstone Quality
We use AAA quality gemstones for our emeralds, sapphires, and rubies in our 18k collections.

Returns
We offer a 5-day return or exchange for all jewelry, except for our one of a kind items, purchased through our online store, which begins from date of delivery.
Our 'One of a Kind' items are Final Sale.
For our U.S. customers, returns or exchanges are complimentary.
We offer a 7-day return or exchange for all porcelain trays purchased through our online store, which begins from date of delivery.

Domestic Shipping
To ensure the finest experience for our customers in the United States, we offer complementary shipping via FedEx Insured Priority delivery.
- An adult signature is required.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
To ensure a smooth experience for our international customers, we use a third party system to calculate your duties and taxes in your country during checkout, so your order is delivered directly to your door.
Canada Shipping Policy: Due to recent tax regulations, please be aware that Canadian residents will be responsible for paying taxes and duties upon receiving their order when it reaches Canadian customs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
