Shipping Policy
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping
To ensure the finest experience for our customers in the United States, we offer complementary shipping via FedEx Insured Priority delivery. An adult signature is required.
We are happy to ship to hotels within the United States. However, please note that once the package is delivered and signed by the hotel’s reception, Suzanne Kalan cannot be held liable for any lost packages.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Suzanne Kalan cannot be held liable for:
- Any lost packages once tracking indicates they have been signed for and delivered.
- Any delays caused by the recipient being unavailable to sign for the package, technical issues within the shipping carrier, or weather related circumstances.
To mitigate fraud:
- We can update your shipping address only once within 10 days after the first address has been entered during checkout.
- We are unable to change the delivery address once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.
- Anyone who refuses the package will incur shipping charges for both directions.
All of our products are handcrafted in the United States. Depending on the complexity of the design, the production process may take between 1 to 2 weeks.
If you have a certain date in mind you wish to receive your piece, we will do everything in our power to rush your order. Please specify your delivery date in the order notes section during checkout or contact us to confirm its availability.
International Shipping
To ensure a smooth experience for our international customers, we use a third party system to calculate your duties and taxes in your country during checkout, so your order is delivered directly to your door. An adult signature is required.
We ship all our orders using FedEx Insured International Priority.

Gifting
Upon request, we would be delighted to include a beautifully handwritten card with a message of your choice.
- To add a personalized message, simply enter it in the "Notes" sections during your checkout process.
- If you would like us to include a gift receipt, please let us know in the notes section as well.
- After submitting your order, one of our SK representatives will email you to make sure everything is correct.
