To ensure the best experience possible for our United States domestic clients, all domestic shipping fees are complimentary.
All shipments are sent via FedEx Insured Priority delivery. Adult signature is required upon delivery. Our insurance coverage on the piece ceases once the package has been signed for. SUZANNE KALAN is not liable for lost shipments once tracking has dictated the package has been delivered.
If we are shipping domestically to a hotel, transit insurance coverage ceases once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel’s reception. SUZANNE KALAN is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages once the hotel accepts and signs.
SUZANNE KALAN is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the client not being available to sign for the package upon arrival, or due to any technical issues within the shipping carrier, or due to any weather circumstances.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Due to high volumes of fraud across the globe, please understand that we can only update your shipping address one time within a 10 day period after your first address has been entered during checkout.
We cannot change your delivery address once the item has been shipped and you receive a tracking number.
We will not redirect your package once shipped.
Anyone who refuses the package will be charged for the shipping charges both ways.
Please keep in mind that all of our products are hand made to order in the United States and allow us 1 to 2 weeks for completion depending on the complexity of the piece.
If there is a certain date you need your piece by, we will rush your order if possible and try our best to make it in time for said date. Please add the requested date in your notes or contact us for availability.
