We accept all major credit cards.
All orders ship via FedEx require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. Please note, when selecting a shipping method, this is in addition to production time, which is estimated between 2 - 4 weeks for each item
For all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, additional VAT & Duties may be applied in order to receive your shipment.
We are able to ship to Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Bermuda, Brunei, Cayman Islands, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Seychelles, Singapore, Sint Maarten, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands, British.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original tag attached and unaltered, within 5 business days from delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping for domestic orders. International orders will have to contact customer service to determine the return shipping fees.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to make an exchange.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping chargers on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THE TAG IS REMOVED
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Unfortunately, all ETERNITY BANDS or engraved items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returns: Please request a return authorization number at email@example.com. We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 818-885-8420 so we can assist you in finding something else.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the FedEx tracking number once the order ships. You can also track your orders by logging onto your Suzanne Kalan account.
All orders are shipped in a Suzanne Kalan signature jewelry pouch and box.
Upon request we are happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in the gift card notes section during checkout process.
Please specify if you would like us to include a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.
